Deers, stags, patterns equal a fantastic combination. So before I sign off for the night an eclectic look at a few of my favourites.
Lydia Meiying. A talented illustrator and surface pattern designer from the UK. Love all the animals, something that as a child I would have spent hours looking at before falling asleep, dreaming of forest friends and adventures.
Winner of Spoonflower’s Woodland-Creature-themed Fabric Of the Week contest was Vo with her Incognito is Neato fabric design. Stags darting through the forest in a flurry of leaves, imaginative and whimsical.
The peachy, pink really stood out for me in this orignal artwork by Sophia Weston. I love the repeating pattern and the way the stag heads intertwine. Would look great on fabric!
Whats not to love, a twist on damask, by the talented Joel Dewberry, enjoy Antler Damask
Everything about Erin Michael’s LUSH collection over at Moda is inspired, I even had to include the co ordinating paint by numbers fabric, novel and on the to buy list!
