Loving the lighter mornings and sunnier days, things are blossoming in many ways!
Baby bump is growing and wriggling everyday and I love it, patterns and designs are being snapped up and worked on as we speak and finally the online shop is open! I’ll be adding more and creating the official launch later but sometimes you just have to make a start, small steps lead to bigger steps!
Forget me not!!! The letter F is finally finished (a more muted version of the work in progress from earlier)
The A-Z of Flowers Project is a no pressure, design project – doddle a flower pattern every day or paint one every week, if you need a bit of inspiration or when the moment takes you go with it! Please feel free to join in – patterns, art, prints, mixed media – any type of art and design that you love …… just start with the letter A!
If you do join in be sure to let me know by posting to Patternandco’s Facebook Page and tag things with #atozofflowers then we can check out each others designs and share the floral goodness!
A work in progress inspired by forget me nots (for the a-z of flowers project). Think I will return to it later, sometimes you reach a point where you are undecided on colours or arrangement and my eyes have been focusing to long on the details I forget the bigger picture, so time to grab the camera and head out the door for a breathe of fresh air and a walk in the spring (yes I said spring!) sunshine!!
I love birch trees, from their bark, the colours (colour inspiration 2) and their texture! So I used them as a spring board to work on a collection of prints and notebooks!
Available in a whole range of wonderful colours!
and one of my favs is the linen….would look great in a stylish nursery!
